It was right next door to the golf club & the bed was comfortable.

The gym was extremely old and the spa was not great at all. The food was beyond a disgrace. Thank goodness for the golf club next door, I ate every meal there instead.

Poor maintanence and the hotel desperately needs a renovation. Extremely poor breakfast, no choice of coffee, juice from the menu was not available etc

The way the staff treated us - I found a dead spider under the bed - I found a mosquito in the room - The breakfast time was very bad and short, I did not have the chance to try it - The TV had a problem, it was very slow and stopped often

Everything was good, and we felt much more relaxed after the stay (which was the purpose). The staff were super friendly, and the quality of the food was great.

The room could have been cleaner and more food options would be great.

Cozy hotel, very friendly staff who make sure you are happy. Great location for golf lovers , right on the golf course. Great spa facilities. Healthy food and drinks.

The Hotel somewhat did not give the sense of 5 star. Need some updates even though it was only 3 years old. Some balconies were divided by glass not providing much privacy.

Calmness

Breakfast starts after 8Staff clean the room first day. Had to request for cleaning WiFi issues were not resolved Limited parking on the front.

This place well corresponds to its title - health and wellbeing resort. A lot of training courses from yoga to meditaion, a very good fitness center. Steam room is good, sauna is infrared and I personally don't like it. Hammam looks marvelous, but I had no time to try it. And of course very green (in UAE) quiet area with mangrove forest around. And free bike!

Right now a previous way to the sea is blocked by building construction, unfortunately. I would recommend to organize a bus from hotel to sea and back and check how it will work

I wanted a little getaway from the city, so I came to Zoya for some relaxation. The space is beautiful, and the staff is beyond incredible! Especially, Helmi who was an amazing help. He welcomed me very warmly to the resort and introduced me to the lovely staff who helped me get settled in. Very grateful for all of the staff and the wellness services that are provided!

The staff were exceptionally professional and accommodating. A special thanks to Johnny, Gia, and Helmy at the reception for their outstanding service and attention to detail. The resort provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Highly recommended.The food quality and selection were excellent, though an expanded beverage menu would be a welcome addition.The spa facilities were also top-notch.

Starting from its location, peaceful vibe, comfortable rooms, healthy food, dedicated and welcoming team - it all contributes to making the stay unforgettable. Our experience at this property was disappointing, especially considering the premium price we paid—three times the average market rate. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere did not reflect a true wellness retreat.Upon arrival, the reception area felt dark and unwelcoming. The spa lacked warmth, feeling more like a medical clinic rather than a place for relaxation. The facilities seemed outdated and did not provide the serene environment we expected.The food quality was below standard, and there were several concerning issues. At breakfast, porridge was placed in the same pot as turkey ham, making it unsuitable for many guests. The toaster provided was a small, basic home-style one, and there were no labels for seeds and dressings. The pasta dish we tried was one of the least enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had. In fact, we chose not to attend breakfast the next day, despite having already paid for it.Additionally, we were unable to book any spa treatments as everything was fully reserved. As a result, we had to visit another hotel for a spa experience. When we returned, our room had not been cleaned. Upon calling reception, we received an apology, but the reason given was that the staff had been too busy. That same morning, we also requested bath salts or shower gel for the bathtub, but it was never delivered.The property is in a beautiful location, and I genuinely feel that it has great potential. However, it needs a stronger wellness-focused approach. Management could benefit from visiting established wellness destinations worldwide to gain insight into industry standards. Small details, like a welcome bright reception or such as the design of the library, also contribute to the overall experience—it felt more like a doctor’s office, lacking warmth and character.Unfortunately, instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling anxious.

Washroom didn’t have a door which was weird. Floor should have a carpet. Spa had a weird smell.

The food is great and the place is clean and the staff are very friendly and responsive. It is a perfect option for detox and reenergizing.

May be if they offer more activities like trips to the beach and morning walks. Also the area of yoga and meditation was not very quite because it is just near the pool.

it’s literally a hidden gem . serine and very relaxing . a great place to detox, eat healthy and relax

nothing that can’t be ignored - the property advertises exactly what it provides . meats are portioned , drinks are healthy . only parking is limited .
